What does the 3-year warranty cover?
The warranty runs for 3 years and is serviced by our own in-house centre — no middlemen. Coverage, repair times and the procedure during repairs are spelled out in the contract. We send the service centre address together with your quote.
How long does installation take?
Mounting on a mobile stand takes a single visit, with no construction work. For wall mounting we use fixings matched to your wall type, with no damage to the building. The exact day and timeline are fixed in the quote and contract.
How does training work, and is it paid?
Training is free. After installation we run a hands-on session for teachers or staff: writing, connecting phones and laptops, working with files, saving lessons. The format is tailored to your team.
Do you deliver outside Tashkent?
Yes. 49% of our orders come from outside Tashkent. We deliver, install and train across all of Uzbekistan. Demos are held online or on site by arrangement.
Can we buy through public procurement or a tender?
Yes, we supply through public procurement and tenders — we have that experience. Specifications for the technical brief, quotes, certificates and other documents are provided on request. Payment terms are fixed in the contract.
